On October 30, the 2025 Longhua District “Craftsman Star Longhua” Employee Labor and Skills Competition — ShunKing Park Special Session successfully came to a close. The event was guided by the Longhua District Federation of Trade Unions and the Fucheng Sub-district Federation of Trade Unions, and co-organized by the Jitang Community Federation of Trade Unions. This competition served as a grand stage to showcase the craftsmanship, skill, and innovation of workers in the die-casting and mold manufacturing industries, highlighting the professional excellence of the Longhua industrial workforce.

This year’s competition featured seven major technical categories within the die-casting industry, attracting nearly 200 professionals from across the die-casting and mold manufacturing sectors. Each contestant was required to demonstrate the theoretical knowledge, technical proficiency, and on-site problem-solving capabilities essential to their roles.
After nearly 15 days of rigorous competition, a number of highly skilled participants distinguished themselves through outstanding performance. Following multiple rounds of evaluation and selection, the champions, runners-up, and second runners-up for each technical category were officially determined.
Leaders from the participating trade unions spoke highly of the event, emphasizing that the competition not only provided employees with a valuable platform for showcasing and refining their skills, but also helped the company identify and cultivate a group of exceptional technical talents. They expressed their hope that enterprises will continue to embrace the model of learning through competition and improving through practice, thereby injecting new vitality into the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry.
