The second labor skills series competition in Fucheng
Street,
Jutang Community Shunjingyuan Division, came to a successful conclusion!
On May 30, the award ceremony of the Shunjingyuan
Division of the Jutang Community of the Second Labor Skills Series of Fucheng Street, "Smart Manufacturing Fucheng,
Craftsmanship for the Future", was grandly held at the Cultural Center on the fourth floor
of Shunjingyuan Company. The atmosphere at the event was warm, and leaders from the community and enterprises and
front-line workers gathered together to praise the beauty of labor and pay tribute to the strugglers on the
job.The competition was planned and hosted by the Fucheng Street Federation of Trade Unions, and
co-organized by the Jutang Community Federation of Trade Unions and the Shunjingyuan Company Trade Union, aiming to
build a platform for skill display and communication and improvement. The competition covers nine key job projects
such as die casting, lathe, milling, packaging, burring, grinding, QC, data analysis, and cardiopulmonary
resuscitation skills, which fully tested the superb skills and professional qualities of industrial workers in Jutang
Community.
The award ceremony was attended by Li Huazhan, member of the
Jutang Community Party Committee and vice chairman of the Federation of Trade Unions, Chen Xiaomin, deputy general
manager of Shunjingyuan Group, and Jin Li, chairman of the Shunjingyuan Trade Union, and other leaders who served as
award presenters. Amidst warm applause, the chief judge of the competition, Mr. Wang Kunpeng, solemnly read out the

Third place: Die-casting worker Lu
Wenchang, lathe worker Zhang Guiying, milling worker Li Qianju, cutting worker Deng Taohong, grinder Li Dongming,
packer Lu Qionghua, QC Deng Jingjing, data analyst Liu Yurui and other contestants took the lead to the stage and
accepted the honors awarded by Jin Li, chairman of the labor union of Shunjingyuan Group.

Wu Huarong, lathe worker Yang Chaosheng, milling worker Wenfu, cutting worker Deng Fazhen, grinder He Tianxia, packer
Du Jinlian, QC Gao Shan, data analyst Zhang Lifeng and other contestants then appeared, and Chen Xiaomin, deputy
general manager of Shunjingyuan Group, awarded them the runner-up awards.

Baoliang, lathe worker Zhu Dayu, milling worker Tang Yongfeng, fronting worker Cai Yongxin, polisher Zhang Laiying,
packer Tang Xiaosu, QC Liu Shilong, data analyst Xu Qu and other champions made their final appearance. With their
spirit of daring to challenge themselves and their outstanding performance, they won the warmest applause and respect
from the audience. Li Huazhan, member of the Party Committee of Jutang Community and vice chairman of the Federation
of Trade Unions, personally presented the champions with the highest honor.
The applause was thunderous, and the most sincere
congratulations were extended to all the winners who stood out in the competition and showed superb skills. The
organizers sent a message to the winners to cherish the honor, make persistent efforts, continue to improve their
skills, and contribute more to the high-quality development of the enterprise. At the same time, we express our
sincere gratitude to all the players who actively participated, showed superb skills and good spirit, as well as the
Fucheng Street Federation of Trade Unions and the Jutang Community Federation of Trade Unions, which provided solid
guarantees for the successful holding of the event.
This skill competition is not only a competition of skills, but
also an important practice for Fucheng Street to promote the construction of industrial workers and carry forward the
spirit of craftsmanship. The successful holding of the event has effectively stimulated the enthusiasm of the majority
of employees to study technology and improve their skills, and injected strong "craftsman" momentum into the
